Join our Prenatal Yoga Class, a nurturing space designed specifically for pregnant people. This gentle practice focuses on strengthening, stretching, and connecting with your body throughout your pregnancy journey.

In our classes, you’ll engage in specially tailored poses that help alleviate common discomforts associated with pregnancy, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation. Each session incorporates breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation to support your mental and emotional well-being and pelvic floor and labor preparation exercises.

Our Prenatal Yoga Class encourages you to embrace your changing body and cultivate a sense of community.
