It's through the highs and lows that we truly discover ourselves.
Until I turned 30my life changes
continuously and I ran after it with all my energies. My body at some point said, “NO MORE”, leaving me with an immune disease. My body demanded attention and I thought I listened to it prompting a complete overhaul and moving to a new country.
In embracing practices like yoga, a wholesome diet, and meditation, I initially found solace and I thought I found
myself again.
However, it became apparent that something was still not ok. As I chased a career milestone, I realized that genuine contentment wasn't about ticking off societal checkboxes, but about authentically being happy.
Recognizing the need to listen my inner voice led me first through a burnout and then to a profound revelation—happiness was not just a distant dream but an achievable reality if I wanted to.
After that something in my head, my body, my mind shifted. Of course, I didn’t reach this from one day to another, and like many other people, I constantly seek help. But it took me a lifetime to understand where I wanted to be and who I wanted to become.
I WANTED TO BE HAPPY!
The repetition of the mantra "You can be happy" lead me on a journey of self discovery and purpose. That’s why I found meaning in Jane Austen's words: "Find your own happiness."
My experiences have instilled in me a deep
empathy for those seeking their own path to contentment. Becoming a Hatha and
Yin yoga teacher has truly transformed my life.
